Will you be able to automate 100% of my workflows?

This greatly depends on your business model, but I would say 90-95% of the steps within the workflows can be automated. However, there are minor tasks that will be better handled by you or your VA. And when I say minor, I'm talking about the steps that wouldn't take more than 2 minutes to complete.

What software should I have before starting?

You would need to have a Dubsado account ready. If you don't have a Dubsado account yet, feel free to get a 30% discount using my code: THEWORKFLOWBOSSKEREN.

How many days/weeks will the setup take?

Expect a 3- to 4-week timeframe for Full Dubsado Dubsado Setup, 1-week timeframe for Dubsado Audit, and 5 to 7 business days for Coded Form Design.

How does the Dubsado In A Day work?

1. Book your spot here.
2. You'll work on your detailed homework assignment where you'll be asked about your processes and assets.
3. Once the assignment is done, we'll schedule our strategy session. During the strategy session, we'll agree on the build-out date.
4. I'll work on your build-out in a day! Quick note: You need to be available for questions on that day.
5. I'll send the walkthrough videos the morning after the build-out date.
6. As a bonus, you get a 20-day support period and a 60-minute support call that can be scheduled anytime before the support period ends.

What if I don’t have email templates yet?

No worries! Dubsado has default email templates we can use, although I still recommend creating your own as we want to incorporate your voice into your emails.

What happens during the support period?

This is the part where I answer your questions, explain through Loom videos if needed, and refine the setup I created if corrections are deemed fitting.
